Following is practical information on diving procedures and dive education available while on board. New on board, NITROX! scuba diving proceduresDiving from Kararu Dive Voyages liveaboard is from one of two 6 m by 2.50 m unsinkable aluminium tenders. The seating capacity fits 8 divers comfortably. A simple back roll is done to enter the water. A ladder is used for re-entry into the tender after the dive. Scuba divers only need to set up their gear one time at the beginning of each trip. Each scuba diver has his own individual dive station complete with cubby hole for storage. Our 6 cylinder air bank system will ensure that tank filling is done without ever hearing the compressor while on the liveaboard. Guests can choose to dive on air or NITROX.
