komodo seven nights

This Komodo island and National Marine Park seven night cruise is available departing from the port of Benoa in Bali to Bima (on the island of Sumbawa), or in the opposite direction from Bima disembarking in Benoa.

Please note that these itineraries are subject to change depending on local weather and diving conditions and that all times are approximate.

Detailed daily itinerary for Bima to Benoa, for cruises departing from Benoa the same itinerary applies in reverse.

Day One: Bima

Immediately after the guests have embarked, the ship will leave Bima and steam towards our first dive site around one hour away. A maximum of three dives in the Sumbawa region will be offered today. After the last dive we lift anchor and steam towards Sangeang which is located North-East of Sumbawa.

Day Two: Sangeang & Banta

The ship arrives early morning in one of the most beautiful islands on our trip. Depending on conditions we dive either the South or North of Sangeang Island. Either a whole day can be spent at this spectacular dive site or the ship will be moved to Banta Island where there is fantastic night diving.

Day Three: Komodo Island

Early in the morning, we will begin our breathtaking walk of Komodo Island to see the infamous dragons. Usually a few hours is spent on shore viewing the dragon and we are back in the water by noon. We will dive at the famous Pink Beach and other exciting dive sites such as Padar in the Komodo Island region as well.

Day Four: South Komodo & Rinja

Our morning begins in South Komodo at Toro Longkoi, home to the famous Manta cleaning station. With a 99% success rate to witness the mantas, you will marvel at these graceful creatures as they circle around and around you During lunch, we will steam to Horseshoe Bay and we will spend half days diving in these stunning reefs.

Day Five: Gili Lawah Laut & Lawah Darat

You will explore the warm waters of the park's northernmost islands all the time cruising westwards towards our return journey. This is another day of diving and eating and we will start our voyage back west while eating dinner.

Day Six: Banta & Sangeang Island

We anchor early in the peaceful bays of Banta Island. After breakfast, you take advantage of this world-class dive region. You will be treated to an enormous array of fish life as well as spectacular above water scenery. A starlit dinner on deck will be the perfect end to a fantastic day of diving.

Day Seven: Moyo National Park

A half day will be spent diving these magnificent dive sites. Expect healthy reef life as a perfect end to a perfect dive trip. After the afternoon dive your equipment will be washed by our experienced crew and hung out to dry while you take the opportunity to gas out and share the stories and adventures of the cruise while heading into the sunset towards Bali.
