Kararu Dive Voyages accepts payment by cash, bank transfer or by credit card. We accept both Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments.

Note! Due to recent changes imposed by the Indonesian Banking Authority, we can for the moment not accept payments done with credit cards. Payment is possible via bank tranfer only.

Please be aware that due to Indonesian banking laws we must your credit card in Indonesian Rupiah. This might result in a small currency exchange loss/gain due to exchange rate fluctuations. Kararu Dive Voyages will use the Rupiah. exchange rate on the date the transaction is processed.

Please note there will be a 3% surcharge added to the transaction to cover bank administration charges.

Once the transaction has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you.

To process your credit card payment, you must provide us with the following documents by fax:

1. a photocopy of your passport identification page
2. a photocopy of your credit card both front and back
3. the completed and signed payment guarantee form required by our bank which you can download in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format from the document download page
