You can download pre-cruise paperwork in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format. Just print the document, fill in the details and sign as necessary (in Word format you can type your details in before printing).

You can then fax the completed document to Kararu Dive Voyages (+62 361 286 356) or scan it and send via e-mail as an attachment.

Depending on your computer and Internet browser you can either right click on an icon and select "Save Target As" or view the document in a new browser window by clicking on the icon. Again depending on your browser you will be given several options. Those using Internet Explorer with Windows should be able to type your details and print Word documents directly in the browser window.
